This week, upcoming field trip, homework, library

What a wonderful week we’ve had! We discovered more about plant life cycles in preparation of our field trip. We had a new star word, “a.” We also got to be scientists and graph which apples kindergarten likes the best, and start a new experiment. We are testing if an apple piece touched with all of our dirty hands rots quicker or slower than an apple touched with all of our clean hands. How excitingly gross!!

I’ve emailed all parents who let me know they had an interest in helping out with the field trip. If you did not receive an email, I did not have you marked as interested, and please let me know ASAP. Please get your CRIMINAL HISTORY in to Sam if you want to come. We cannot invite you until you do. Which is just a crying shame for all of us in the kindergarten classroom. Literally.

Homework went home again today! It’s due the same day as our library books, Wednesday. Thanks so much for all your encouragement for your student. They are doing so well!
