It’s that time of year when none of
us can resist picking up the beautiful rainbow of leaves on the ground. You’re
in luck! We are going to be in need of dry, flat, clean leaves in our classroom. We are going to read the
book Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert. After we will be making our own leaf
images by cutting/gluing/arranging all the collected leaves. If you know the
names of the leaves you bring in, that is fantastic too! Please make sure to
keep your special leaves at home because the ones that come to school will be
shared as a class. We are going to have so much fun celebrating the fall in
this unique way!
